Alan Richard Cameron (født 21 oktober 1955) er en kanadisk tidligere profesjonell ishockey forsvarer .

Cameron spilte to sesonger med New Westminster Bruins of the WHL, 1973–75, der det siste året tok Bruins seg til Memorial Cup-finalen, og tapte mot Toronto Marlies .

Han ble utarbeidet 37. totalt av Detroit Red Wings i NHL Amateur Draft 1975 og til slutt spilte 282 kamper med Red Wings og Winnipeg Jets i NHL.
