HC Slavia Praha (eng: HC Slavia Prague) er et tsjekkisk ishockeylag i Praha som spiller den tsjekkiske første nasjonale hockeyligaen , den nest høyeste ligaen i landet. Slavia spilte i Extraliga fra 1994 til 2015, og vant det nasjonale mesterskapet i 2003 og 2008. Klubben spiller sine hjemmekamper på Zimní stadion Eden i Praha . Fra 2004 til 2015 spilte den på O2 Arena .

Laget spilte i 2008–09 sesongen av Champions Hockey League .

Laget ble nedrykket til 1. Liga i tsjekkiske Extraliga -sesongen 2014–15 .
