Det 2012-13 Lega Pro Prima Divisione sesong var det trettifemte fotball liga sesongen av italienske Lega Pro Prima Divisione siden etableringen i 1978, og den femte siden døpe fra Serie C til Lega Pro.

Det ble delt inn i to faser: den ordinære sesongen og sluttspillfasen.

Ligaen var også sammensatt av 33 lag fordelt på to divisjoner på henholdsvis 17 og 16 lag for gruppe A og B.

Det var bare én gjenkjenning fra Lega Pro Seconda Divisione av Virtus Entella , fordi ingen andre lag viste interesse for å sende inn søknaden om den høye prisen på garantien og det tilbakebetalte bidraget som kreves.

Lag som endte først i den ordinære sesongen, pluss at ett lag som vant sluttspillet fra hver divisjon ble forfremmet til Serie B ; lag som endte sist i den ordinære sesongen, pluss at to tapere i nedrykk, fra hver divisjon, ble nedrykket til Lega Pro Seconda Divisione . I alt ble fire lag forfremmet til Serie B, og seks lag ble nedrykket til Lega Pro Seconda Divisione.
