Robert Olby - Robert Olby
Robert Cecil Olby (født i Beckenham 4. oktober 1933) er forskerprofessor ved Institutt for historie og vitenskapsfilosofi ved University of Pittsburgh . Tidligere leser ved University of Leeds , Storbritannia, Robert Olby, er historiker av biologi fra 1800- og 1900-tallet, og hans spesialfelt er genetikk og molekylærbiologi . Med hjelp av Martin Packer fullførte Olby en autorisert biografi om avdøde Francis Crick . Den har tittelen Francis Crick: Hunter of Life's Secrets , etter en artikkel i The New York Times 2. februar 1962.
