Judith Margaret Brown (født 9. juli 1944) er en britisk historiker i det moderne Sør -Asia og anglikansk prest. Fra 1990 til 2011 var hun Beit -professor i samveldeshistorie og stipendiat ved Balliol College, Oxford . Tidligere underviste hun ved University of Manchester og fullførte sin doktorgrad. ved Girton College, Cambridge . Brown ble født i India, men utdannet i Storbritannia. Hun trakk seg fra undervisningen i 2011.
