Jukka Mika Petteri Hentunen (født 3. mai 1974 i Joroinen , Finland ) er en finsk tidligere profesjonell ishockey- spiss , som sist spilte med KalPa i SM-liiga i sesongen 2012–13 .

Spillekarriere

Hentunen spilte med HPK i SM-liiga da han ble utkast av Calgary Flames som deres sjette runde, 176. totalt, i NHL Entry Draft 2000 . Han spilte totalt 38 National Hockey League kamper i 2001-02 NHL sesongen for Calgary Flames og Nashville Predators , som han ble handlet til på den 19 mars 2002.

Hentunen forlot deretter raskt Nord -Amerika for å fortsette sin profesjonelle karriere i de europeiske ligaene. Etter to år med HC Fribourg-Gottéron signerte høyre kantspiller med sveitsiske rivaler, HC Lugano .

I Finland har han fått et kallenavn "Härkä" som kan oversettes til " okse ".
